    1. Setup a Community Forum

      setup a community forum where clients can share ideas, provide tips or ask questions. This should naturally help create a knowledge base where clients can search for issues and at the same time give us the opportunity to get to know others

      • Provide tips or tutorials on website setup and marketing

        It would be nice to see some tutorials or tips that can help us get started with our website. Especially, tips on marketing our website and how to get traffic to our new websites. Tips on seo, design, shopping cart, website setup etc.

          • Offer a Phone number

            I know even big companies like Google don't offer phone number but it would be nice to have a phone number in case of emergency or if a client is unable to get any response from staff right away. Also, most of us carry a phone and we are always near it. However, not everyone is near a computer all the time.

            • Stop Unlimited Space

              Yes you should specify disk usage for each account, I couldn't use ftp due to disk full. It is impossible to give unlimited space. and why adding free plans. we moved here to be away from server high loads and hacks. Is Plan1 and Plan2 are using the same server? hope not !@

                As stated in our FAQ’s, unlimited space is offered because most clients are not sure how much space they need for their website. To prevent confusion for the client, we simply offer 1 package paid web hosting.

                As for the FTP error, we had few clients who were abusing the unlimited space by uploading non site related files. Our techs have worked hard to identify these users and make sure anything like that doesn’t happen again.

                Furthermore, Free web hosting accounts and paid web hosting accounts are not on same server. We are simply organizing the ordering and support system into one to keep things more organized. Also, by putting free web hosting ordering under Chime Host, we have better control over fraud application.
